The main component of this project centered around the demolition, renovation, and expansion of the men’s locker room and lounge to provide extra space and a reconfigured layout resulting in a more efficient flow and increased locker count for members and guests. Amenities in the one-story addition include:
The demolition and expansion provided an opportunity to replace failing structural components, improve the restroom finishes, and add insulation to the exterior, allowing for year-round use.
The project also included finish upgrades to the member dining room and a reconfiguration of the board room to allow for multiple functions, as well as external maintenance and repairs throughout the clubhouse including masonry repair, chimney tuck pointing, membrane roof replacement, and repair/replacement of original stucco and wood siding.
In addition to IC’s CM services, our Special Projects Group performed all interior demolition and finish carpentry work on the project.
Our team is ready to show you how being built different helps us build better for you.
