The main portion of this project was a new 91,200 SF building addition to the existing Phase 1 Medical Mutual Health Careers & Science Building.

The new Liberal Arts & Technology Building offers specialized spaces for Engineering, the IT Center of Excellence, and Creative Arts, as well as a number of general education classrooms. The building created a new “front door” to the Westshore campus and includes administrative areas, offices, student spaces, and food services to enhance the campus learning environment and student life. The new facility also includes an 8,000 SF mechanical penthouse.

Additionally, approximately 17,000 SF of the existing building was reorganized, repurposed, or renovated to enhance functionality
