This project entails the consolidation and renovation of Ayer and Crouse Halls into a single building. The 41,000 SF Ayer Hall will be demolished, while the 48,000 SF Crouse Hall will be renovated and a 17,000 SF addition constructed. The improved facility will house labs, faculty and administrative offices, and modern general-purpose lecture halls for the Departments of Geology and Physics.
