DiGeronimo Development is the developer on the project, and Independence Construction is the CM at Risk for the residential and mixed-use components. Our Special Projects Group performed/is performing general trades and general requirements work. Additionally, Independence Excavating performed/is performing the environmental remediation, demolition, salvage/recycling/reuse, earthwork, site remediation/restoration, and sitework.
