Located in the spec warehouse previously constructed by Independence Construction at Forward Innovation Center West, this project consisted of a build-out for the packaging and distribution services company’s Cleveland office and distribution center.
The project includes 8,300 SF of office space for operations and shipping.
Features of the space include:
The 212,700 SF distribution center and warehouse features 25 hydraulic dock levelers and restraints, as well as LED high-bay lighting throughout the facility.
