This warehouse and distribution center features 78 dock positions, a 36’ interior clear height, and an FF/FL of 50/35 or better. The 10,500 SF main office features private offices for management along with employee break areas, and a security-controlled front entrance for associates and visitors. The exterior has load bearing concrete tilt walls and precast concrete wall panels.

The scope of work included:

• Complete demolition of 2 existing facilities
• Mass import of 325,000 CY of fill
• Installation of 1,575 LF of retaining wall
• Asphalt and concrete paving of approximately 30 acres ground area to provide 293 trailer stalls and 360 employee parking stalls

In addition to IC’s general contracting services, our Special Projects Group performed the carpentry and drywall, while Independence Excavating performed the sitework and site utilities.
