Summary Back to Top

This multi-phase project includes a new 50-bed skilled nursing building, a new independent living building, and renovations and updates to existing facilities.

The existing skilled nursing facility was razed and replaced with a 1-story wood frame structure featuring 50 private rooms, a lobby, offices, therapy spaces, and activity and dining venues. The facility links to the existing assisted living building.

The 3-story, wood-framed independent living building will feature comfortable apartments; an underground parking garage; a commons area with a dining room, bar, and cafe serviced by a commercial kitchen; fitness rooms for residents; and offices for staff.

Improvements to the existing facilities on the 125-acre campus include renovation of a dining room, interior upgrades to the chapel building, and an addition to the chapel to create a new vestibule for public entry with a coat room and restrooms.
