Part of a multi-phase project for The Ohio Masonic Home’s Western Reserve Masonic Community, this project encompassed a new 50-bed skilled nursing building and renovations to the existing assisted living facility.
The existing skilled nursing facility was razed and replaced with a 1-story wood frame structure featuring 50 private rooms, a lobby, offices, therapy spaces, and activity and dining venues. The facility links to the existing assisted living building, which was partially renovated. The renovations included dining areas, a chapel, salon, theater room, and fitness and activity areas.
In addition to IC’s CMR services, our Special Projects Group was responsible for the finish carpentry and general trades on the project.
Our team is ready to show you how being built different helps us build better for you.
