Part of a multi-phase project for The Ohio Masonic Communities’ Western Reserve Masonic Community, this project features a new 57-bed independent living facility.

The 3-story, wood-framed building features comfortable apartments, an underground parking garage, a commons area with a dining room, bar, and cafe serviced by a commercial kitchen, fitness rooms for residents, and offices for staff.

In addition to IC’s CMR services, our Special Projects Group was responsible for the finish carpentry and general trades on the project.
